Returns & Exchanges

At Psync, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all devices are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset on your electronic device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original box with all cables and manuals.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
